What do I need to prepare?

Just tell your story and send a few photos. You don't need to have photos from every moment; we will create scenes based on your memories.

How long does it take to make a film?

Standard lead time is 2–3 business days. If you need the gift sooner, we also offer express delivery, even within 24 hours.

Can I make corrections?

Yes. First, we jointly approve the script and the characters' appearance. Only after approval do we start film production.

Will the characters be like us?

Yes. We create characters based on your photos and refine their appearance until they are approved.

How will I receive the finished film?

You will receive the finished video in high quality MP4 format. We will send it to you via email, so it will be ready to watch on your phone, computer, or TV.
